Best Part of The Job
Every year, Pyramid Global Hospitality releases its annual Mosaic Magazine — a glossy, in-suite publication that serves as a source of inspiration for travelers staying at one of the collection’s 220 hotels. As an art director, I’m responsible for shaping the magazine’s visual identity and making sure that we represent as many properties as we can in a way that feels purposeful. Working collaboratively with the content director, I dive into what the stories are trying to tell — and help bring that narrative into clearer focus through clever layouts, colors, and typography.
Designing Mosaic Magazine’s back-of-book showcase, which encompasses all of Pyramid Global Hospitality’s properties in just a handful of pages, is another gargantuan accomplishment I’m always proud of — issue after issue.
